Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT projects. This involves conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand the needs of various departments.

  6. Change Management: Assist in developing change management strategies and plans to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
  7. Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring that communication is clear and that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  8. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
  9. Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business processes and competitiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Understanding of software development processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Experience:

Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience required.
