Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT projects. This involves conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand the needs of various departments.
- Analysis: Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement or automation. Develop a deep understanding of the business domain.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications that can be easily understood by technical teams.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design IT solutions, including software applications, databases, and system integrations, that address business needs and requirements.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements. Participate in testing and validation activities.
- Change Management: Assist in developing change management strategies and plans to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring that communication is clear and that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
- Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business processes and competitiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Experience:
Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience required.
