Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and target audience.
- Website Management: Oversee and optimize the company’s website for user experience, performance, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to ensure maximum visibility in search engine results.
- Content Marketing: Plan and create high-quality, relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and more, to engage and educate the target audience.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, and monitor search engine rankings to improve organic visibility.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others to build brand awareness and engage with the audience.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools for lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalized communication with prospects and customers.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the digital landscape.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-impact channels and campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT industry terminology and trends (specific to the company’s focus areas).
Experience:
1 – 3 years of experience required.
